211 is a confidential and multilingual service connecting people to vital resources across the state. This database includes 6,500 services supported by more than 2,500 agencies.

Dale House helps young people 16-21 build trust, gain stability, and take practical steps towards adulthood. They offer supportive relationships, transitional housing, transitional employment, life skills, and mental health care to emerging adults who have experienced trauma, justice involvement, or family disruption. 

Dream Centers serves women from ages 13-64 years old who are uninsured and underinsured. Their clinic offers GYN care, mental health care, and other wrap around services: always for free.
 
Mary’s Home, a long-term residential program, serves women who are exiting homelessness who have 3 kids or less, 10 years old or younger.

  FullCircle provides no-cost peer support, family support, sober social events, and long-term mentorship for youth and young adults ages 13–25 struggling with substance use, self-harm, and other negative behaviors.

IOYS builds access, equity, and power with LGBTQIA2+ young people ages 13-24, through leadership, advocacy, community-building, education, and peer support. Get involved in their range of programming and advocacy opportunities.

Serenity Recovery Connection’s Springboard to Empowerment℠ is an innovative youth and families program that integrates evidence-informed approaches into a holistic, strengths-based  model. Grounded in constructive thinking, resilience, and meaningful life experiences,  the program helps individuals develop practical skills to navigate challenges and create  positive change. By fostering self-awareness, personal growth, and healthy decision making, Springboard to Empowerment℠ empowers participants to pursue well-being  with confidence, hope, and purpose.
 
SRC also offers: 
  • Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), a nationally recognized,  evidence-based program delivered over 12 weeks 
  • Peer Recovery Coaching for specialized individual support 
  • Recovery Wellness Planning based on SAMHSA’s Eight Dimensions of Wellness • Telephone Recovery Support check-ins with a trained volunteer
